Our Founder
Carlos Luis Obando is Founder and Managing Member of Mercer Island Telecommunication, LLC, based in Mercer Island, Washington. He is a Harvard MBA and a Duke engineer. Mercer Island Telecommunication, LLC provides UCaaS and telecommunication consulting services. Our company was created to combine our 20 years of business and marketing experience with new cloud-based communications and collaboration tools.
